A tour of the cultural and agro-industrial history of Valle del Cauca. Learn about the history of the Piedechinche Hacienda, home to the Sugarcane Museum, where we'll learn about artifacts that were part of the agro-industrial development of sugarcane and the Valle del Cauca. This hacienda dates back to the 17th century. We'll then visit the H light up Paradise , setting of the novel The Maria of Jorge Isaac , the pinnacle of Latin American romanticism.
