All users, without exception (including children), must carry their personal and family documentation, whether passport or ID, in accordance with the laws of the country or countries being visited. When trips require it, they will be responsible for obtaining visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc. In the event that any authority refuses to grant a visa for reasons specific to the user, or if entry into the country is denied due to a lack of the required documentation, or due to a defect in the required documentation, or due to not carrying it, the organizer declines all responsibility for such events. Any costs incurred will be the consumer's responsibility. In these circumstances, the conditions and rules established for cases of voluntary withdrawal from services will apply. All users, and especially those of a nationality other than Spanish, are also reminded that they must ensure, before beginning their trip, that they have complied with all applicable visa rules and requirements in order to be able to enter all the countries they will visit without problems. Minors under 18 years of age must carry written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in anticipation that it may be requested by any authority.

All passengers are required to open an onboard account. You will need to bring a credit card (debit cards are not accepted) or, alternatively, a cash deposit of €200/$200 per passenger, as a cabin deposit. Any additional purchases or services on the cruise will be deducted from this deposit or your credit card.

Your cruise price includes all meals, plus water service in bars and restaurants and juice, coffee and tea service in the main restaurants. Objects that generate heat or produce flames, such as irons, electric stoves, candles, incense, or any other object that could cause a fire, are not permitted on board. Curling irons and hair dryers are permitted. Weapons, explosives, or any other object that poses a risk to persons or property are not permitted on board. Such objects will be confiscated by the ship's security personnel, and appropriate measures will be taken. Possession of items such as diving knives must be declared to the ship's staff upon boarding. Such items are permitted on board but will be guarded by the ship's security personnel when not in use on shore.

Tables are assigned depending on the ship's occupancy. You can choose between two dinner times, differentiated: the first shift at 7:30 p.m. and the second shift at 9:45 p.m.* The Horizon Ship has the following dinner shifts: The first shift at 7:00 p.m. and the second shift at 9:15 p.m.

In-cabin dining is available 24 hours a day at excellent prices. You can choose from a wide variety of salads, sandwiches, and desserts, or whatever you prefer for a price listed on the room service menu.
